Herb “Flight Time” Lang is a speaker, actor, entrepreneur, and former Harlem Globetrotter with an 18-year career as a player and coach. Originally from Brinkley, Arkansas, he was an All-State student-athlete, senior class president, and later earned a degree in Education from Centenary College of Louisiana, where he led his conference in scoring and won the NABC Slam Dunk Contest on ESPN. His travels took him to nearly 90 countries, meeting figures such as Pope Francis and President Obama, and appearing in commercials and on shows including CBS’s The Amazing Race. He lives in Ruskin, Florida, with his wife and three children, promoting kindness as a life philosophy. #kindnessisfree
